（1） Regular inspection and maintenance before work

1. Motor mechanical equipment: including motor, switching power supply and power line of electric control cabinet, detection, all power switches should be in the required state.

2. Grease: the manual gasoline pump is forced to supply oil several times.

3. Check the silo for dust and slag.

4. Inspection of anchor spray plastic hose, nozzle and ventilation pipe.

5 inspection of aviation parts of mechanical equipment

A. start the optical motor to check the rotation direction (the main motor is in time and the air compressor is in reverse time);

B air compressor, air pressure, exhaust, hot air gun adjustment;

C. check the status of each instrument panel, especially whether the working voltage meets the design requirements (380V), and check the power line, cable diameter spacing, connector connection, etc.

6. The setting of the total flow of the air pressure combined with the wind leads to the loosening of the air pressure switch components during transportation, so the compression spring should be adjusted again.

(2) Inspection and maintenance of bolting and shotcreting

1. The electrical equipment shall check whether the temperature of all sector, key, air pressure switch, ball brake and motor is normal.

2. Check whether the 2 pipes, anchor spray plastic hose, nozzle and ventilation pipe are sealed and fixed. Ventilation pipes and shotcrete pipes shall not be knotted or damaged.

3. Air duct system software: check the tightness, fixation, air pressure, displacement and working condition of the connector.

(3) All anchor bolts, nuts and screws must be checked regularly for looseness, and they should be tightened immediately (especially the foundation bolts in the electric control cabinet)

(4) Post job maintenance

1. Cleaning and inspection of grouting plastic hose, vent pipe and nozzle

2. Cleaning and inspection of mechanical equipment

3. Air compressor. Turn off the air source of the switch power supply, close all gate valves, and check each position.

4. A part of the electrical equipment is disconnected from the switching power supply. Check each position.

5. Remove the added nails and rotor, clean and reassemble.

6. Solve the problems found in the whole operation process, cleaning, maintenance, etc
